Relaxing under the sun, sipping a margarita (or your drink of choice) while reading a magazine is one of the ideal relaxation hobbies of women. For men, it may differ, but the concept of slowing down time and relishing every minute of it, as opposed to the busy schedule that people may face everyday, is the same.
This is where beaches come in. There are a lot of beaches in the Philippines- there's Boracay, there's Puerto Gallera and now there's Anvaya Cove. This is Ayala Land's latest venture focused on leisure living (exclusive to members only).

Located at Morong, Bataan, Anvaya Cove is nly 20 minutes away from the Subic Freeport Exit. Going to Subic nowadays is relatively easy because of Subic Clark Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX). It's now about 2.5 hours away from Manila depending, of course, on traffic.
The fact that it's close to Subic expands the amount of activity that a person can do there. Subic is home to Ocean Adventure (which does dolphin shows and has quite a few marine life exhibits) and Zoobic (which exhibits quite a number of rare animals like the tarsier).
On the other hand, you can only pray to have time for Subic because you'll already be too busy inside Anvaya Cove.
Anvaya Cove its own beach site. The place is complete with Bamboo Cafe and Wine Room. There are also spa areas and pools (for kids and adults), which you can choose to swim instead.
If you're looking for something else to do, don't fret because Anvaya Cove has a lot more to offer.
Spend the night at Pawikan Bar and Grille, or at the Game Room and indulge yourself in fun and good food.
Early in the morning, why not engage in the little nature activity at Nature Camp? Also at the resort are- Ecological Trails, Camping and Picnic Grounds, a Kiddie Playground and a Rope Course. This is sure to be a lot of fun. Sometimes, you just have to let your inner kid shine and play with nature. Better yet, you can bond with your children (if you have any) right here at Nature Camp. Should you decide to build a house here as well, you have several sites to choose from- Cliffside lots, Mango Grove, and Woodpark. Anvaya Cove also has units in the Beach and Nature Club but it's now sold out.
The Cliffside lots provide a very picturesque and dramatic view, while Mango Grove is located within lots of mango trees (it is also complete with its own playground).
On the other hand, you may also choose to have a house at Woodpark, near a natural brook and a sunset park. It really depends on what site you appeals to you more. For more information contact our broker today.
