The units don't promise a lot for big families because of the limited space. The biggest unit has two bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate three people or maybe four (if you convert the living room into a sleeping area as well). For the rest of us, however, it's a pretty good buy.

I think the studio type unit's lay-out suits young people who are just starting to live on their own. Since it's 20 sq. meters big, you don't have to spend a lot furnishing it. Aside from the toilet area and the kitchen, the unit has enough space for a living room (or bedroom), and a small dining nook.

The combined studio unit (CSU) has enough open space for a comfortable dining and living area. It has two bedrooms, one being more spacious which you can convert to a master's bedroom. Being the biggest, aside from the bedrooms; the two-bedroom unit (TBU) also has a more spacious kitchen, perfect for food aficionados.

In my opinion, both the CSU and the TBU suit small families who'd rather live in a condominium.

The benefits of living here go beyond the units. Your safety is taken care of with the building's 24-hour security. After a day at work, you can spend the rest of the day relaxing in the building's pool area, or maybe a little night swimming perhaps? Avida has adult and kiddie swimming pools, a clubhouse and a playground. They also have a jogging path where you can do your daily workouts.
