Sta. Rosa Estates 2

A spin-off of the previously successful Sta. Rosa Estates 1 is now here to cater to a whole new group of people who want a taste of the province of Laguna - Sta. Rosa Estates 2.

It is a project of Avida Land which is under Ayala Land, one the primary land developers in the Philippines. Avida Land does projects that cater to the middle class market. This particular project, Santa Rosa Estates 2, caters to the upper middle class.

Laguna is now one of the fastest growing provinces in the Philippines particularly at the Sta. Rosa area. A lot of people now work at Laguna Technopark, and a lot of establishments have been mushrooming throughout the years, making it one of the more developed provinces in the Philippines.

Enchanted Kingdom, one of the most sought after theme parks, is also located here. Not bad for moments when you crave for a ride in their famous Rio Grande Rapids.

If you feel like you're not going to need much space, than it's better to get one of the smaller units. Domica (the smallest unit), doesn't disappoint. As you can see, the only main difference of the Dominca and Grenada, is basically space of the house, all the same features are there.

Sta. Rosa Estates 2 can serve as your primary residence or vacation house depending on your lifestyle. They are very reasonably priced so you don't have to spend a fortune for a getaway outside of Manila.

The amenities of the Sta. Rosa Estates don't disappoint either. The neighborhood has facilities such as a swimming pool and a basketball court that can keep you busy during your free time. It can come in handy for that much needed rest and recuperation after a hard day's work. Also, the aesthetically pleasing landscape that this development provides can do a thing or do in brushing the stress away.
