December is a really festive month to look forward to mainly because of Christmas. It’s a holiday that has brought joy to people, no matter what age they are. In relation to this is Naomi’s Botanical Garden with wide variety of plants ranging from fruit trees to ornamental plants. Remember the cute bonsai plants the Japanese are famous for having in their houses? You can see a lot of them here! There also have a rare collection of flowering plants.

For people who think swimming is a must, Misamis Occidental addresses this need as well. Sunrise Beach (Balingao) is a good place to swim and relax. You can also go to Baon-Baon Islands. Things get a little more musical in Sinacaban where you can go bird watching.

A true celebration of nature’s blessings takes place at Tangub City during the Harvest Festival. As we all know the Philippines has a lot of agricultural business which helps boost the economy.
